The original
purchaser is entitled to a THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. |

This Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship on the
products manufactured by United. |
|
Excluded from the THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTIES are such items as
undercoating, doors, windows, gaskets, seals, plywood and paint. |
|
These components all have a one-year warranty from the date the original
purchaser had purchased. |
|
Any warranty repairs will be handled by returning the trailer to United at Elkhart, Indiana or an authorized trailer dealer that has been
pre-approved by United prior to repairs being made. |
|
The Warranty is void if the trailer has been abused or misused or altered
in anyway as determined by United. |
|
United reserves the right to make final determination on all
warranty due to misuse, abuse or altering of the product "Unit". |
|
United takes "NO RESPONSIBILITY" for the loss of income or
inconvenience, trailer expense to return trailers, towing rental of substitute
equipment, service charges or repairs of any kind not covered by this Warranty
or the Warranty of the manufactures of the industrial components. |

The original purchaser is responsible for maintenance and up keep on the
trailer as determined by United or the individual component
manufactures.
